Welcome to RideyDash (the "App"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using the application.

IMPORTANT: RideyDash acts exclusively as a technological intermediary or "contact bridge". The App does NOT provide transportation services, does NOT employ drivers, and does NOT participate in price negotiation or trip execution.

1. Nature of the Service

RideyDash is a geographic visibility tool. Its main function is to allow subscribed drivers to share their real-time location so users can find and contact them directly (via WhatsApp or call). Any agreement, fare, and transportation service occurs outside the platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Use of the App is restricted to people over 18 years old. By registering, you warrant that the information provided is truthful. Drivers are responsible for having all licenses and legal permits required to operate in their jurisdiction.

3. Geolocation and Data

For proper operation, the App requires background location access (for drivers). By enabling availability, the driver agrees that their location is visible to nearby users. Location data is used only to facilitate this contact.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Since trip arrangements happen outside the App, RideyDash is not responsible for:

Incidents, accidents, or disputes that occur during transportation.
Payment defaults by the user or service defaults by the driver.
The quality, safety, or legality of the transportation service provided.

5. Prohibited Uses

It is strictly prohibited to:

Use the App for illegal or dangerous purposes.
Manipulate geolocation data.
Attempt to decompile, interfere with, or damage the App's technological infrastructure.

6. Subscription and Termination

RideyDash reserves the right to suspend or cancel access for any user or driver who violates these terms or is reported for inappropriate behavior, without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The RideyDash name, logo, design, and source code are the exclusive property of its developers. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.
